Do you provide Warranty for your Services?

For full renovations, we provide a 1-Year labor warranty, plus all standard manufacturer warranties on materials.

And a 90-day warranty, for minor, low-cost repairs; however, for significant repairs, a One-Year Warranty as standard industry practice.

These covers defects in installation, materials, and structural components but excludes wear and tear, improper maintenance, misuse, or natural disasters.

Do I need a Building Permit for a Renovation?

Yes, for renovations, the township Requires Permits for Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC work to ensure everything is done safely and up to code. Permits are generally required for Altering Load-Bearing Walls, Electric, Plumbing, or expanding your home's Footprint. Cosmetic updates like Painting, Flooring, and Replacing Cabinets in the same location usually do not require permits. Nerostala LLC handles the Entire Permit Application Process for you as part of Our Full-Service Management.

What Methods of Payment do you accept?

What are your Work Hours?

Our professional installation teams typically work on-site between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM to minimize disruption to your home.

Can I contact you for emergency repairs?

While we specialize in comprehensive remodeling projects, we do not offer emergency repair services. We are happy to discuss a planned renovation with you.

Do you Subcontract other Trades?

We manage the entire project from start to finish. We work with a dedicated team of expert, long-term trade partners to ensure everything meets the highest standards, such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC to ensure the job is completed to high standards, on time, and according to local regulations by the authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) .

Is $30,000 enough for a Kitchen remodel?

Kitchen remodel on a $30,000 budget. Quick Answer: Yes. While a $30,000 budget may not cover a full luxury overhaul with custom cabinetry and high-end appliances, it can absolutely fund a well-designed, functional kitchen update.

c) Custom large master bathroom: 30 to 90 Days Plus for some projects.

Note that all nessery bulding construction permits must be obtained and all materials and plumbing fixtures must be ordered and delivered in your house or stored in a werehouse prior to comessing constraction in order to achive faverble disireble timelines.
